Midway Junk Removal LLC respects your privacy. This page explains what this website collects, why, and who helps us handle it.

What we collect

When you send the quote form, we collect your name and phone number, plus your email address, the service you need, your city, and your message if you include them. The form also passes along the time you sent it, your IP address, and your browser type, which help us spot spam. We do not take payments or store any financial information on this website.

How we use it

Your details are emailed directly to our team so we can respond to your request and document the job. The website does not keep a copy in a database. We do not run ads, use tracking pixels, or share, sell, or rent your information.

Service providers

This site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps short-term technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Quote requests are delivered to our inbox by SendGrid, an email delivery service.

Analytics and cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It does not use cookies, does not identify you, and does not follow you to other websites; we only see totals, such as which pages are visited most. This website does not set cookies or store anything in your browser.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are kept in our email records for service documentation. Nothing is deleted automatically, so you can ask us to remove your information at any time by emailing brennenboswell@gmail.com.

Children

This website is for adults arranging junk removal. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Questions

If you have questions about your information or how we protect it, email brennenboswell@gmail.com or call 336-908-9824.
